Publio provides viral content discovery and AI-powered script extraction services. We aggregate publicly available content from platforms like Instagram and TikTok to help content creators find trending topics and extract transcripts for inspiration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription fees are billed at $39/month or $300/year for the Pro plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated transcripts may contain inaccuracies.
Publio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
